Adstate has big ambitions and in order to reach these goals, we need to build a strong team and a scalable and future oriented technology platform. To build a team and work method, that is both effective and that respects each individual, is one of the things I’m most passionate about, says Morten Høyset. It is crucial to have a team of people who can challenge each otherconstructively, maintain a high level of tolerance and can handle a pinch of humour at theworkplace.

He is educated as a programmer and after having spent several years working as a developer and consultant, he joined Questback in their exciting international journey for 13 years, including as their Chief of Development, before joining Admincontrol where he has been working as a CTO for the past 5 years.

To be able to get someone with a capacity like Morten Høyseth to join Adstate is important to lead the further growth and expansion that we are facing. Morten is one of the most experienced and talented people I have met in this field. That Morten is choosing Adstate is something we are very pleased with, says CEO Pål Reinert Bredvei.
